Two applications of the same discipline
Digital work in the built environment divides into two parts. The first governs how a project is managed: the models, the common data environment and the reporting that give every party one version of the truth. The second governs how a building performs once it is occupied: the systems that control it, secure it and measure it.
On the project side we set the information requirements, structure the common data environment, and establish model standards and reporting so that design, cost and programme data can be relied on rather than reconciled. Where clients work to ISO 19650, we align the information management process accordingly.
On the asset side we specify, procure and commission integrated building systems: building management and controls, energy and climate, access and security, audiovisual, and the supporting network infrastructure. Systems are specified with their service and support arrangements in place, so that the technology remains serviceable in the market where it is installed.

Technology that is supportable where it is installed
A specification that cannot be serviced locally becomes a liability at the first fault. We confirm certification, local support and spare parts availability before a system is specified, and we hand over the documentation, credentials and training the operator needs to run it.
