What we do
Consultancy across the life of the built asset.
We advise and deliver throughout the asset lifecycle, from appraisal and feasibility through project and cost management, procurement and digital, to sustainability in use. Each commission is scoped to the task in hand: a single review, a defined work stage, or the asset from inception to operation.
Asset and Building Consultancy
We assess condition, compliance and performance across the asset lifecycle, and set out what it will take to bring a building to the standard it must meet.
Project Management
We act as the client’s project manager across the RIBA Plan of Work stages, directing the consultant team and the supply chain so that the asset is delivered as specified and handed over ready for use.
Cost and Commercial Management
We prepare, test and defend the numbers that decisions are taken on, and manage the commercial position of the contract through to settlement.
Digital
We specify and deliver the information systems that run a project and the technology that runs the finished building.
Procurement, Supply Chain and Delivery
We take packages from specification through tender and award to site, and we represent European manufacturers and specialist contractors in the markets we serve.
Sustainability
We set the sustainability strategy for an asset, carry it through design and procurement, and take the project through certification.
Strategic Partnerships
We introduce owners and developers to international operators, brands and capital, and prepare both sides so that the discussion proceeds on an informed basis.
