We set the sustainability strategy for an asset, carry it through design and procurement, and take the project through certification.
From stated ambition to verified outcome
Sustainability commitments are easy to make at inception and difficult to evidence at handover. The requirements are set by parties who are not in the room together: a lender applying ESG conditions, a corporate tenant with a net zero target, a regulator applying national energy code, a certification body applying its own criteria.
We establish which requirements actually apply, and translate them into specification and procurement terms that a design team and a contractor can price and build. Where certification is sought, we manage the process, whether LEED, BREEAM, WELL or EDGE, from registration and credit strategy through documentation to award.
Measurement continues past practical completion. Energy modelling, metering strategy and commissioning are set up so that the operator can demonstrate performance in use rather than intent at design stage, and so that the reporting a lender or parent company requires can be produced from the building’s own data.

Certification frameworks were written elsewhere and must be met here. We establish which credits are achievable with local supply and local practice, which require imported product or imported expertise, and what each route costs, so that the target set at inception is the target achieved at handover.
